Motorhomes and Campervans are already in high demand for this international sporting event which runs from 9 September through to 23 October 2011.  We recommend booking early to secure your vehicle of choice. 

We offer a meet & greet service at Auckland and Hamilton International Airports,

full guidance to operating your Campervan and information on places to visit and stay.  We would also advise you to hire a GPS unit ($5 per day) from us to ensure you make it to the game on time and in the right city!

Coastal Campers have now released their daily rates for the World Cup in New Zealand and are taking bookings for this period immediately.

Daily Rates (NZ $) 1 September to 31 October 2011

Our depot is based in Whitianga on the Coromandel Peninsula, a 2.5 hour drive from Auckland or Hamilton.  If you wish to be met at Auckland or Hamilton International Airports our Collection Fees are NZ$100 each way. 

The daily rate includes the following:  Insurance, Unlimited Kilometres, Extra Driver, Diesel Road User Charges (local tax), Goods & Services Tax & Free 24 hr AA Roadside Assistance.

All vehicles are fully equipped with bedding, linen & towels, kitchen & living gear.

We even include outdoor chairs & table.  There are no hidden charges when you arrive or when you depart.

Additional Conditions

* Minimum hire period of 14 days (during 1 September 2011 to 31 October 2011)

* Name changes of the hirer will not be permitted.  Any requests like this will be treated as a new booking and subject to availability

* Special offers and discounts for long term hires are not available in this time period

* Pick up & drop off can be made in Whitianga, Auckland or Hamilton International Airports

* The daily rate does not include fuel or any other optional extras chosen by the hirer

* Cancellation Fees for rentals in this time period (1 September 2011 to 31 October 2011) are as follows:

If cancelled between 149 and 91 days prior to vehicle collection, 50% of the rental applies; if cancelled 90 days prior 100% of the rental applies.  No refund is available if late vehicle collection or early return occurs.
